The 13th Meeting of Myanmar EITI Multi-Stakeholders Group Meeting was held from 9 AM to 5 PM at the meeting hall of Ruby of Inya Lake Hotel, Yangon on 30 March 2018.

The meeting was attended by representatives from government, Civil Society Organizations, the private sector, the Budget Department of MOPF, SOEs (U Paing company Ltd.), IA (Moore Stephen) consultants, members from MSG and representatives from World Bank, NRGI, US Embassy, Australian Embassy, USAID, DFID, MEITI-NCS team members and other participants and observers.

During the meeting, the attendees discussed about first and second report, SOEs, workshop’s agenda and explained about Beneficial Ownership further process, Forestry sector, Mining cadaster further process, MEITI work plan by NCS. MOBD also explained about statement of sources and uses of fund and confirmed about 13th MSG meeting decision. Finally, they discussed about 12th MSG meeting decision and conducted the meeting successfully.
